These terms govern your use of Ignite AI Reviews ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.
What the app does
Ignite generates product-review copy and matching author images from your product information and saves them to your store, where you choose to display them. It is a content-creation tool. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and deciding what to publish.
Your responsibilities & acceptable use
- You are responsible for ensuring the content you publish complies with all laws and platform rules that apply to you — including advertising, consumer-protection and unfair-competition rules (for example the FTC in the US, the CMA/ASA in the UK, and equivalent bodies elsewhere) and Shopify's policies.
- AI-generated testimonials are marketing copy, not statements by identified real customers. Present them in a manner that is truthful and not misleading in your market, and edit or remove any content you are not comfortable standing behind.
- You must have the right to the product information you submit and to publish the resulting content.
AI output
AI models can produce inaccurate or unexpected content. You review and control everything before it is shown to shoppers. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
Fees
The app can be used free with your own AI provider key ("bring your own key"); in that mode you pay your AI provider directly. Managed plans, where offered, are billed as described at purchase.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app is provided "as is".
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from content you choose to publish.
Termination
You may stop using the app and uninstall at any time. We may suspend access for misuse or violation of these terms.
